I’ve had it for a few months now and, totally calm about it of course, the engine has started easily every single time. No fuss, no weird struggle, just turns over like it’s supposed to. Happy with it so far.

I bought from motobuys, and the weird part is the actual buying part seemed fine, but the title paperwork dragged on way longer than expected. I had to keep reaching out for updates, and most of the replies were vague, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Definitely not the smooth process I was hoping for...

"Solid Battery So Far"
I got my battery from Motobuys and it’s been working really well so far. It starts right up every time, like first thing in the morning, after sitting for a couple days, even when I haven’t ridden much, and it doesn’t do that weak slow-start thing at all. Shipping was fine too, nothing dramatic, no damage, no weird delays, no hassle getting it installed. I’ve only had it for a little while, so I can’t say how it’ll be after months and months, but right now I’m happy with it. For the price, the easy ordering, the quick starts, and just not having to mess with it, I’d definitely buy one again.

I ordered from Motobuys and, it was mostly fine. The checkout worked and I got through everything okay, but some of the instructions on the site were kind of confusing. I had to go back and reread a few parts just to make sure I was doing it right. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but yeah, it could definitely be smoother. I think if the wording was a little more simple and clear, the whole process would feel a lot easier

"Got sorted out eventually"
Had an issue with my order, which was frustrating at the time. I’m not sure what happened on their end, but it took a bit longer than I expected to hear back. Support did eventually get to me and fixed it, so I’m glad it didn’t turn into a bigger thing. Just wish the whole process had been a little smoother

"Good bike maybe, but assembly was a mess"
The bike itself seems like it might be fine, but wow, putting it together was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions were confusing, and a few steps didn’t even seem to match the parts I had. It took much longer than it should’ve — I ended up asking a friend to help, and even then we weren’t totally sure we did everything right. Just not the experience I was expecting after ordering it online.

My order took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for days, which was frustrating. I reached out to support and they did reply, but it felt kind of generic and didn’t really help much. i felt more like a ticket number than a customer. The product did eventually arrive, but the whole experience wasn’t great

I had to wait a few days for the refund to go through, which was a little annoying, but it got handled fine in the end. So yeah.

"Good start, but communication fell off"
I was ready to buy, especially after a friend recommended them to me, but the communication with sales just didn’t feel great. They responded quickly at first, but once I asked a few simple questions about fees and delivery, the replies got slower and kind of unclear. It felt more like they just wanted me to place the order instead of actually explaining things. In the end, I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward.

"Freight Delivery Was a Headache"
I ordered from Motobuys, the freight delivery part was frustrating. What’s the point of tracking if it barely tells you anything? The delivery window kept changing, and I ended up having to call around just to figure out where my order even was. When it finally arrived, the driver seemed like he was in a hurry, and the box looked banged up. Maybe the product itself is fine, but who wants to deal with that much stress just to get an order delivered? I probably wouldn’t order again if freight is the only shipping option.

It showed up broken, and I’m really disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because now I definitely regret buying it.

"Wiring’s been rock solid"
The wiring has been super solid so far. I haven’t had to fuss with it at all, which feels like a small miracle these days. Everything just works the way it should.

Got my order from motobuys the packaging looked solid right away, so I figured everything inside was probably fine. I was right, the box had no damage and all the items were wrapped up really well. No complaints here, it showed up pretty much exactly how I hoped

"Payment was a headache"
Trying to pay on motobuys.com was the worst part. The site kept throwing errors, so I figured the order didn’t go through.
Then I checked my bank and saw a pending charge anyway. Support took a while to reply, and the responses felt generic.
I ended up checking my card more than I should’ve had to. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I’m not using them again.

"I tried to find some basic bike…"
I tried to find some basic bike parts, which apparently was asking way too much. The pages loaded painfully slow, the search results were all over the place, and checkout kept jumping around like it had somewhere better to be. After fighting with it for a while, I gave up. Super fun experience, obviously.

I did end up getting the help I needed, which I appreciate, but it took a while to hear back. I was expecting a faster response, so that part was a bit frustrating. Overall, the support was helpful once they got to me.

My delivery day kept getting changed with barely any notice, which got old really fast. I ended up waiting around more than once for no reason, not exactly my idea of a fun afternoon. It was frustrating and felt like a big waste of time
